Brian Culver-Grossmith

Chief Operating Officer & Licensed Insurance Professional

With a career that began in the high-pressure world of critical care as a flight paramedic, Brian transitioned into the financial services industry to help people in a different yet equally meaningful way. Inspired by his aunt Kathy Nolan and cousin Sean Nolan, Brian saw firsthand how impactful it is to provide clients with financial confidence, helping ensure their assets are secure and their futures are well-planned.

Brian’s day-to-day focus is ensuring that all departments work cohesively to achieve their shared mission — to empower clients and team members alike to take ownership of their happiness and build lives they love. Seeing the team thrive and knowing the firm helps clients develop clear financial paths brings him the greatest satisfaction in his role.

Before stepping into the COO position, Brian worked as a wealth management business processor, where he excelled in inheritance and estate reorganization. He became a trusted client resource, particularly in consolidating accounts and transferring them into heirs’ names.

Brian earned his Associate of Science degree in business administration, holds life and health insurance licenses. His practical retirement advice: “Don’t wait until retirement to start planning — having a strategy in place beforehand could help ensure a smoother transition.”

When he’s not guiding the operations at work, Brian loves spending time with his husband, Charles, and their menagerie of pets, which includes three dogs — Tito, Bodhi and Johnny Cash — two cats and 15 chickens. He also enjoys taking their boat out on Barnegat Bay, relaxing on the beach, visiting lighthouses or spending an afternoon at a vineyard with family and friends.
