Kathy Nolan, CRPC® President, Co-Founder
Kathleen Nolan, CRPC®, is the president and founder of Family Focus Financial Group, which she started in 2007 with her son, Sean. Over the past 40 years, Kathy has dedicated herself to helping others write the next chapter of their lives by guiding individuals and families toward a financial plan that matches their personal and family values. By creating retirement strategies that are straightforward, tailored to clients’ individual needs and designed to help provide them with lifetime income in retirement, Kathy and her team help retirees and pre-retirees achieve the independent retirements they deserve.
Kathy recognizes that in today’s investment world, a team approach is the best way to help you protect and manage your life savings. She has the ultimate respect for the years of hard work it takes to acquire one’s wealth.
Kathy is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and maintains her insurance practice and Investment Adviser Representative with AE Wealth Management. She has been published and quoted in Kiplinger, Newsweek and The Wall Street Journal.
Kathy has always been especially passionate about empowering other women to become engaged in their financial lives. She also hosts informational seminars at local universities, where she shares retirement planning tips with members of her community.
Sean Nolan Vice President, Co-Founder
As vice president and co-founder of Family Focus Financial Group, Sean is responsible for the company’s overall management. Sean joined the world of small business ownership in 2007 after becoming a licensed life and health insurance producer in the state of New Jersey. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Sean takes a creative approach toward concept development, business optimization, operations and marketing.
Sean is always looking for innovative ways to better serve our clients and takes pride in implementing internal strategies that bolster the client experience. He also understands that employee morale is of the utmost importance and focuses his attention on taking care of his employees so they can focus on taking care of the firm’s client family.
Sean also assists clients with their insurance needs, often providing a fresh perspective blended with time-tested concepts. Sean realizes managing one’s wealth is a team effort. Clients take comfort in knowing that Sean is there to guide future generations of our client family.
